Treating guests exceptionally starts with the way we take care of our employees.Job summary: We are looking for someone who has working experience and knows their way around preparing Pizzas, Burgers, Noodles, and more. We prepare everything using high quality ingredients and authentic recipes. You will be cooking dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery. You must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals, and must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt at multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.For this we are looking for a Fast-Food Chef, who should be an expert with following menu:1. Pizza (Veg & Non-Veg)2. Burger (Veg & Non-Veg)3. Noodle, Rice (Veg & Non-Veg)Besides these, certain items such as Soup & Appetizers.Role and Responsibilities: This job requires baking and handling of vegetables, breads, and meat products.Prepare the kitchen ahead of time.Assist the Head Chef in preparing menu items as ordered.Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.The ability to assist the Head Chef with daily operation needs and work closely with other colleagues.Ensure proper preparation of all food to be served.Check the taste, temperature, and visual appeal of food items prepared to ensure that the quality and portion are consistent and as per specifications set out.Maintain a clean kitchen at all times.Work in a safe and efficient manner.Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g., reduce salt, remove dairy).Prepare ingredients to be used in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.).Monitor food stock and place orders.Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients.The ability to act in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of PizzaPort and encourage staff to do the same.Coordination with head chefs and contribution to the introduction of new menu items.Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.The ability to take charge and act in a professional way to solve kitchen problems when the chef is not around.Preferred Skills: A high school diploma or equivalent; A diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.Able to work in a high-pressure environment.Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).Understanding of different culinary profiles and techniques.Capable of following instructions without variation.Excellent physical condition and stamina.Ability to regularly lift 35 lbs.A desire to learn about new flavours and techniques.The capability to work safely, efficiently, and neatly.Willingness to work nights and weekends.For more details visit our website: https://www.pizzaportindia.com/Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Aliganj, Lucknow – 226024, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Cooking: 2 years (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/03/2022
