Position : Assistant Design Manager
Job Description : We have an opening for a qualified Architect who is looking to develop a career in Design Management. The ideal candidate would have 5 years’ experience working as an Architect on complex multidisciplinary projects.
+ Serves as a capable professional in an architectural design team, leading work on specific elements of a project with minimal direction and supervision of a Senior Architect or designated senior team members.
+ Architectural Design,
+ BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance, completeness & accuracy)
+ Design co-ordination (within Architecture & Cross Discipline).
Minimum Requirements
+ Minimum 5 years post undergraduate experience.
Preferred Qualifications
+ B. Arch or B. Sc in Architecture.
+ Postgraduate in Architecture
+ International Accreditations (RIBA, AIA or equivalent) preferred.
+ Local Authority Architect registration preferred.
