Job Description : Job Title – Assistant DesignerJob Location – Kolkata ( Candidate may be required to travel few sites as per requirements for survey )Job Summery – Laboratory infrastructure planning & designing for educational & research institutes .Reporting to – DesignerQualification – Diploma in Interior designingExperience – 3 to 6 yearsSkills – Well versed with designing tools like AutoCAD , 3ds max , V ray , Photoshop, Sketchup, Blender Etc.Responsibilities –1. Core planning of the project: Plan and execute design decisions on the basis of client interactions. Design includes the overall civil and furniture setting as well as the design language for a project.2. Detailed Design Briefs: Preparing 2D layouts and isometric views in Autocad . Create and submit in depth design decisions for each zone for the process of generating 3D visuals.3.3D Designing: Should Prepare 3 dimensional views as per client requirement. Should Have sound knowledge in 3ds max , Vray , Photoshop, Sketchup, Blender Etc.4.Tmeline Management: Designer will be assigned multiple projects after training. They are expected to rationalise the use of resources in hand to deliver all projects on time.5. Project Budget Planning – Laboratories to be designed effectively as per budgetary constraints of client.Salary – 15,000 to 20,000/-Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Interior design: 1 year (Required)Furniture design: 1 year (Required)
