Job Description

Help the Executive Housekeeper plan manpower requirements to achieve an efficient usage of labor, considering business needs and seasonal trends.
Assist with the management of the entire housekeeping, public area and laundry functions of the hotel.
Coach and guide new members of the team, putting in place proper orientation training and ongoing training and development for team members.

Qualifications

Minimum 02 year experience in similar role in Luxury Resorts and Hotels
Middle East experience is an advantage
Degree holder in hotel management is required
Additional Information
Able to relocate in a remote place.
