Our group’s responsibilities include research and insights, program development and integration, marketing and business strategy.
Responsibilities :
Contribute to the development, launch and implementation of marketing plans tied to the signature social impact initiative:
Support the development of marketing planning tools and materials, including but not limited to pitch decks, marketing briefs, campaign tracking documents
Support the creation and management of campaign creative assets
Support digital marketing and paid media planning and execution
Manage event planning and execution
Assist in the tracking and reporting of campaign measurements in partnership with business segment leaders
Assist the Senior Manager in defining, communicating and upholding marketing guidelines across all executions, providing creative guidance as needed
Assist in the ongoing management of marketing budgets
Support regional counterparts by ensuring pertinent information is streamlined and communicated to international markets in real-time
Support the team in the development, launch and implementation of programs and investments tied to the signature social impact initiative:
Assist in the management of program budgets
Assist in the processing of charitable grants
Assist in the tracking and reporting of KPIs in partnership with key stakeholders
Assist the team in defining, communicating and upholding program guidelines
Support ongoing research and analysis to inform strategic directions for the signature ESR initiative
Support the Senior Manager in ongoing project management
Support a variety of recurring and ad hoc meetings with internal and external partners by sending meeting invitations, preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking next steps
Support the team in identifying marketing trends and engagement platforms for future planning, working in collaboration with key business partners
Support ongoing brand and program stewardship efforts
Proactively seek and suggest process improvements and efficiencies, to aid in planning and communication
Basic Qualifications :
At least 1-2 years brand marketing or cause marketing experience within a highly matrixed organization or agency environment
Demonstrated experience in marketing and/or communications with strong creative sensibility
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of technical marketing tools and resources including experience with KPI tracking and reporting and budget management
Ability to conceptualize, draft and execute briefs such that internal and external stakeholders (e.g., agencies) understand expectations
Outstanding organizational and project management skills including ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent results with attention to detail
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and resolve issues
Sense of a personal responsibility and commitment to their work; follow-through and accountability
Ability to drive innovation and creativity while collaborating with direct teammates as well as with cross-functional, cross-segment, and global partners
Required Education :
Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Additional Information :
This is a Project Hire role with an anticipated duration of 24 months.
