Job Description : Job Description:
As an administrative assistant at the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Health, you coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence;
You receive, sort, index, rename and save incoming mail and assign mail to a manager;
You prepare the signatories to submit to the minister, you check the conformity of outgoing mail with respect to spelling and form;
You register the outgoing mail and put the mail in an envelope and transmit it for sending;
You prepare and format letters and emails and write replies to letters relating to current affairs, prepare transmitted documents and acknowledgments of receipt;
You will establish a weekly list of incoming and outgoing mail and carry out research relating to correspondence;
Requirements:
Experience
You have at least 3 years experience in the field.
Professional experience within a secretariat
