Job Description : Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the VP – Community Operations in managing the community operations day-to-day tasks to facilitate stakeholder’s requirements.
Coordinate with PMC/consultants in day-to-day tasks supporting the stakeholder’s requirements, include but not limited to “review the design NOCs request, review the construction NOCs request, Handover the plot to owners, etc.”
Assist in the collection of services charges from stakeholders.
Coordinate with Aldar internal disciplines “procurement, finance, etc.” to support the community requirements.
Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate their requirement during the execution of their projects
Assist in monitoring of the O&M contractor performance [KPI’s] and commercial aspects of O&M contract; certify payments Vs the actual progress
Ensure proper corrective/ preventive actions are executed on identify risks.
Liaise with external authorities “ ADM, DMT, ADDC, ADSSC, AD Police, ADNOC, Etisalat, etc.to obtain the necessary design/construction NOC’s, in collaboration with the line manager.
Provide support in liaising with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors on all project related documents such as NOCs, Permits, Approvals on design and construction related, handover requirements and handover works, in collaboration with the line manager.

Qualifications
YoE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 8+ years of experience in project management preferably in a large-scale real estate developments.
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
Min of: N/A
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Architecture, Real estate, Engineering, Project Management
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Planning, ability to organize tasks and teams in line with set guidelines and project program
managing complex multifunctional projects in various environments
Conceptual thinking, ability to initiate, review and evaluate the concepts to find the best solutions
Decision maker
Problem solving
Motivating
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Civil Engineering Project Management or equivalent experience
