Job Description : Description
JOB PURPOSE
Lead the graduates Program for the organic and nonorganic growth of Emiratization across the board.
Manage the implementation of NAFIS programs through the various entities and subsidiaries.
Review bottlenecks, develop mitigation plans, and recommend solutions to meet the graduates program Targets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review the 5 year plan of Nafis implementation across the various entities.
Meet with the HRBPs / HR Leads on entities and subsidiaries to discuss implementation road maps, assess the group wise vacancies and recommend placement strategies in conjunction with the VP Emiratization and SVP TA&R.
Identify areas of non organic growth in the organization such as front office, retail, hotels for temporary and permanent intake of UAEN.
Develop a governance framework between Corporate and Subsidiaries / entities to monitor implementation of graduates program.
Manage monthly reporting against the agreed intake plans, analyze trends develop mitigation plans.
Work with the business heads to identify specific areas within the business to inject UAE graduates at.
Sign MOUs with universities and government bodies to open recruitment channels of qualified UAEN.
Promote Aldar during job fairs and pitch the value proposition of the company.
Headhunt / source UAE graduates that meets the job criteria and connect with the relevant business HR lead.
Interview UAE graduates and assess capability against identified roles and recommend finalists to the business / hiring managers.

External Interactions: Government bodies, universities, subsidiarie
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Recommend or Approve Spend: N/A

KEY RESULT AREAS:
Implementation of the graduates program targets across the entities
% of Intake progress against the set plans
Level of successful collaboration with the HRBPS/HR Lead

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Regular working hours. Indoor Office, with attendance of recruitment days.
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 8+ years of experience in a Human Resources / Emiratization programs position within a leading regional organization in the Emiratization department.
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
Min of: N/A
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in the HR division of a company with 800+ employees
Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates across all organizational levels.
Experience in management of Emirtaization programs.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Existing relationships with critical third party HR and recruiting firms
In depth knowledge of human resource management best practices
Excellent interviewing skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) to effectively engage across the different layers of the organization.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong conflict resolution skills

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent is required
HR-related certificates (e.g., PHR, SPHR, etc.)
