Reporting Structure

Reports to SVP – Cyber Security, ReBIT

Location – Navi Mumbai

Education
University degree in the field of computer science or IT.

Experience/ Qualifications
A Minimum of 18+ years of working experience in the Cyber security domain with relevant exposure to Cyber Security principles in Risk assessment, VAPT, Secure application development, Access management as well as Server, Network and Endpoint security.
Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems and log management.
Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols.
Experience in building and maintaining a high-performance team of Cyber Security Professionals covering above domains.
Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.
Expertise with industry standard frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.
A high-level understanding of multi-tiered applications, load balancing and firewalls.
Knowledge of Web Application Firewalls, IDAM, Database activity monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of Cyber Security Professionals in the areas of Secure application development, VAPT, Risk assessments, Server, endpoint, and network security.
Assist in developing Cyber Security vision, align to business, and build a roadmap to achieve it.
Draft, publish and maintain Cyber security policies and procedures. Ensure their adoption across the enterprise.
Improve Cyber security awareness of the employees.
Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
Build relationship between Various IT Operational teams and internal departments to ensure cyber security posture is improved.
Provide strategic risk guidance for IT projects, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls.
Manage staff, including selection, goal setting, annual reviews, and compensation planning and career development.
Have passion for cyber security innovation, should be a thought leader
Plan and Manage Annual budgets for Cyber Security Engineering.

Industry certifications such as CEH/CISSP, CISA/CISM
Technology vendor certifications (Cisco/Checkpoint/RSA/IBM/HP etc.)
Industry standard frameworks (ITIL/ISO/NIST/PCI-DSS)
