Job Description : We are looking to hire on (updated as of 3/22/2022) 1 more Planner / Designer and 2 Interns for our upcoming wedding year and to work with us by Full-time in November.
Our ideal candidate(s) we are looking for should have a very positive attitude, must be extremely well organized and must love creative details as we are also a very Fine Art driven Wedding Planning Company.
This position is very unique as it’s a traveling job, we service Internationally between Greece & Italy along with Hawaii and other local preferred venues of Southern California and especially our NYC hub.
**We are hoping for the last candidate for our hiring round – anyone that is located *in Europe* or there for months this summer ‘already’ to help our EU team.**
*Our last hire’s will be by the date of April 2nd.

We do require a minimum of 5+ years of Wedding Planning experience.
Or if you find you are still a great fit and have serviced a very large number of weddings too, still apply. We are looking for the BEST of the BEST for our upcoming weddings and especially our amazing couples!
You will work closely and assisting with our Owner, head of all weddings/CEO of the company.
You are a creative, an artist and can bring a lot of positivity to our team.
You would be required to have a passport. Not expired or close to expiration of this year. Note that : *we are not requiring vacc.*
We are requiring applicants having knowledge of a wedding planning online system such as Aisle Planner.
Have a lot of experience traveling. And please note if you have or have not internationally travelled.
Must be able to muti task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong computer skills : excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel are required.
Has excellent interpersonal skills (presentation, verbal, writing, listening)
*Possess very strong organization and time management skills*
Going above and beyond for our couples/client and really always keeping our company best interest in mind.
Be willing to work a variety of shifts including weekends to some weekdays for admin work.
Communicate detailed information with all wedding vendors.
Assisting coordinating in all final details with Head Planner.
Bonus if you are familiar with more Fine Art style of weddings.
If you are bilingual in Italian, Greek, French or Spanish – please include that while applying! It is a huge plus for us as we service mostly internationally.
