Job Description
Oversee all payroll processes
Run ERT reports weekly for input of commission data
Audit all timecards — including out states
Update Kronos as needed
Track seasonal Employees
Schedule and track vacations for front line and non-exempt employees
Track attendance PTO, call-off, FMLA issues
Order supplies and keep track of budget per period and YTD
Contact and schedule repairs and maintaince.
Track union step rates
Track payroll accruals
Create PARs as needed
Communication with VOLT regarding temp labor
Backfill receptionist as needed
Run reports as requested
Any other projects/responsibilities as requested Compensation: The expected salary range is 45-48k/y Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance. Qualifications/Requirements
Complete understanding of the Kronos system
High School Diploma, College Degree preferred
2-5 years related administrative experience
Excellent computer skills — Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Strong organizational skills (time management and follow-up)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to compile and analyze data plus pull reports from various systems
Strong customer service orientation
Accurate and detail-oriented individual
Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks
