What You’ll Be Doing:
Position summary
Be a part of Technical team IT support tier 1 through the requirement, design, development, SDLC cycles with a focus on SQL associated web technologies, and relational database technologies. The role requires working in shift 10.30 PM to 7.30 AM (Night Shift )
Essential functions
Receive and triage all tickets submitted through the Service Desk
Resolve Tier 1 level issue
If not resolvable by tier 1, create a Sub ticket with all information on the ticket and escalate to the appropriate team.
Write SQL script to generate reports as per the user’s requirement.
Run daily review meeting of critical tickets, collaborating towards resolution
Manage outage resolution process including writing and updating outage notifications
Create SOP’s for new issues
