Job Description : Looking for a Talented Individual with Customer Service and Sales Experience to join our team who is knowledgeable in smoke accessories, dispensary supplies, vapes and cartridges products in the smoke and dispensary industry. She or He has to be comfortable with dealing with customers, taking directions and being a team player.
Qualifications:.Good Listener – understand the customer’s needs and thoughtfully respond with appropriate solutionsCustomer Service – friendly, patient, welcoming voice and genuinely enjoys talking to and helping peopleTeam Player – works well with others.Self-Motivated and Directed – effectively manages time and is highly productiveFamiliar with basic Computer Skills – is comfortable with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and learningStrong Organizational Ability – has strong attention to detailThorough and ReliableAccount Receivable– is comfortable reaching out to customers for past due payments, in a kind and persistent manner.Sense of Humor and understanding
Ability to multi-task and pitch in.Versatility in job functionality and quick to assimilate procedural changesAbility to work under time constraints and daily deadlinesCreate invoices and manage the floorPerform sales and be representative of the company
Bilingual is +Previous smoke shop experience is a plusPrevious dispensary experience is a plus
