Job Description : The Addressable Solutions & Enablement team is responsible for driving addressable sales opportunities in the marketplace, focusing on audience, formats, and platforms, inclusive of Learning & Development initiatives across Disney Advertising Sales. The Learning & Development arm is tasked with providing an exceptional and thorough onboarding & training experience for the entire organization.

The Learning & Development team is looking for an Associate Manager who has a passion for creating learning opportunities. The Associate Manager is responsible for providing education and onboarding support to our team and is a primary conduit and partner with the Disney Ad Sales Learning & Development team to ensure the development, creation, and organization of all material. This role reports to a Senior Manager of Learning and Training, will help drive our yearly curriculum build & deployment strategy. The Associate Manager plays a crucial role in fostering our culture of learning by supporting our coursework and materials that support the development of our entire ad sales organization.

Responsibilities :
Based on team and org needs, develop & deploy an impactful & scalable learning plan: support function-specific learning and development plans and trainings. This includes supporting live L&D presentations and distributing follow-up materials.

Partner with assorted executive stakeholders across Disney Ad Sales to develop curriculum for the year. Providing Sr. Manager support in discussions with executives, assist in identifying insights to inform training opportunities.

Create, manage, and help to define the internal L&D process as well as repository. Upload and maintain relevant documentation and materials.

Manage the quality control of L&D trainings, resources, calendars, and other assets. This includes auditing resources on the internal resource website/Cantina.

Basic Qualifications :

3+ years of work experience, 2+ years of relevant experience developing and leading training efforts with direct experience in program facilitation and administration
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders (Entry-level through Executive level)
Process driven with a proven ability to streamline and/or improve processes
Top organizational skills, able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Strong facilitation and program delivery skills
Power user of electronic communication platforms, such as Zoom and Slack
Experience with Microsoft 365 Products, inclusive of Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint
Superior written & verbal communication skills
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful
Ability to drive projects independently with little oversight
Self-starter, and willing to identify and tackle projects without being directed
Passion to help others grow their career, both personally and professionally
Digital/addressable and marketing solutions knowledge is desired
