About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Associate Operations Processor to join Wells Fargo Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations, Phone Bank Research Team in Los Angeles Cash Vault. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving
Receive, log, batch, and distributing work
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications, US:

6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications, International:

Experience in Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Good verbal, written, and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy skills
Solid problem-solving skills
10-key numerical data entry experience
Cash vault or cash handling experience
Knowledge and understanding of cash vault operations
Ability to effectively listen and elicit information
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents/reports
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to prioritize work meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Recommended 2 years of cash handling experience
Good Multitasker
High Performer
Handles fast-paced environment

Job Expectations:

HOURS: The full-time schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4:30 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. and requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs.
