Position : Audio Visual Technician

Job Description : We are a leading Technical Crew Resource Provider in the Greater Los Angeles area. We provide resources for corporate events, conventions, trade shows and other live events.
Work Locations: Multiple Los Angeles and Orange County and surrounding area locations.
Only applicants who can reliably commute locally within the above service area will be considered.
NO Transportation Provided
Professional Technicians needed in Los Angeles County and Orange County
Currently staffing hard working and experienced freelance and contract professionals to support live event set/operate/tear-down.
Provide hands-on technical expertise for events.
Must support working in harmony with other team members.
Strong work ethics, reliability, safety, and a professional attitude are critical.
Ability to accept and roll with client changes and requirements.
Communicate professionally with teams, clients, and vendors.
Experience
– Have performed work in the Hospitality and Convention industry (highly preferred)
– 2 + years working Live Events as Hands-On Technical and/or Utility Crew support (MUST have) Please do not apply if you have no experience in this area!!!
Do you provide experienced services in one or more of the following skills listed below? (required)
We have ongoing needs to fill the following rolls.
General AV Audio Visual Technicians – Stagehands(general sessions, breakout meeting rooms, exhibits, etc.)
General Utility Techs – Carpenters – Loaders
Video Engineers – Video Assists – Playback and Record Operators
Projectionists – Blend Projectionists
Audio Engineers – Audio Assists
Lighting Engineers – Lighting Designers and Programmers
Master Electricians – Lighting Assists
Computer Graphics Operators/Engineers
Camera Operators/Engineers (Long Lens, Handheld, robocams, etc.)
Camera Technical Directors
LED Wall Programmers – Video Wall Assists
And more…
These positions require flexible hours.
These are part-time, on-call, as needed positions. Hours will vary!
-We do not provide training.
-You must already possess the skills you offer, whether basic or highly skilled.
-You must be actively providing your professional skills to other sources. These positions are only “as needed”.
-You will be given the opportunity to accept or decline each project offered based on your availability.
