Introduction:

The candidate will support the Change Capability leads and the Change Strategy team within Markets Pre Trade with PMO and Portfolio management activities

What will you be doing?
Tracking and reporting on status of timebooking within TC2
Owner of Navgiator permissioning for TC2 centrally lead projects
Contributing to regular project and programme level reporting cycles
Supporting the project financial planning and refresh cycles across the business area
Managing and maintaining key data and processes
Coordinating with delivery delgates on KTLO and control initiatives for TC2 to iron out any gaps in forecasting vs actuals, own follow up actions to close out

What we’re looking for:
Must have an extremely high attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task efficiently
Overall should be confident, enthusiastic and proactive
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Must be able to communicate effectively with other project team members, including Technology, business and Compliance teams
Have an inquisitive nature
Highly organised, structured and result driven
Ability to escalate issue to management as appropriate
Must be self-motivated, setting a high level of professionalism and excellence

Skills that will help you in the role:
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, Confluence and Tableau
Bachelors Degree in MIS, Economics, or Finance or equivalent
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
