Job Description : DESIGNATION :

Office Assistant (Accounts / HR & Admin.) / Back Office

REPORTING TO :

HR & Admin / Accounts personnel at the branch

NO. OF DIRECT REPORTEES :

N.A.

FUNCTION SUPERVISED BY :

Branch Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Scan and file all incoming/ outgoing documents on a daily basis.
Execute sundry tasks like photocopying documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.
Track inward and outward of courier and maintain accurate records.
Assist account / HR & Admin. personnel in vendor payments
Assist account / HR & Admin. personnel in follow- up and /or coordination related activities.
Assist account / HR & Admin. personnel in preparing vendor invoices, if and when required
Assist account / HR & Admin. personnel in collecting acknowledgements.
Visit banks, as and when required, to make or receive payments, deposit cheque, or any other bank related activities.
Assist account / HR & Admin. personnel in any other internal coordination, as and when required.
Assist account / HR & Admin. personnel in prepare E-way bills, etc., as and when required.
Any other work as assigned by the seniors, from time to time.

QUALIFICATION :
Higher Secondary

EXPERIENCE :

3-5 years
