Job Description : We are looking for Back office Executive to help with the organization and running of the daily administration operations of the company and support with other duties related to office activity.
Role & Responsibilities
Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
Maintain data in Excel with V-lookup, H -lookup, Trim, Pivot, Filters.
The candidate is responsible for generating leads using various add posting portals and social networking sites.
Operating Computer and Internet, receiving and replying emails.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
The candidate is responsible for doing add Posting on various add posting portals.

Requirements
The Candidate should have good knowledge about excel.
The candidate should have ability to work under pressure.
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Should stay positive in difficult positions.
Should have IT skills-MS Office.
The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
The candidate having diploma in computer application will be preferred.
The candidate having minimum of 6 months experience in backend operations will be preferred

Salary Structure
The salary range will be between 5.5K to 8K per month as per the experience.
