Job Description : Position: Banquet Bartender (Male) (Full time #524199)
Property / Office: Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:

Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guests’ requests
Collects beverages from storeroom
Cleans bar areas, prepare correct garnishes and mise-en-place
Maintains bar stock in accordance with established standards
Ensures security of beverage stock in the bar using key control procedures
Controls beverage consumption of guests and stops serving when necessary
Reports any shortages to his/her manager
Polishes glasses and respects all hygiene rules in serving beverages
Promote up selling at all levels and by personal efforts through guests’ contacts
Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

Must hold a hotel & hospitality management diploma or degree.
Previous experience in bar or restaurant industry
Knowledge in beverages and cocktail recipes
Good English oral and written skills. Another language is advantage.
