Job Description
As a member of the International Benefits’ Office you are a trusted advisor in employee benefits and play an essential role in driving Oracle’s benefits philosophy & ensuring governance across Oracle International (LAD, EMEA & JAPAC). Partnering with Regional C&B, Country HR, and other internal stakeholders and external vendors, you are responsible for providing support, specialist advice and optimizing existing benefits structure and managing regional and international projects in the roll out of new or improvement of existing benefits.
Position reports to the International Benefits Director, based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and manage benefits governance projects across International
Drive, manage & improve health, wellness and broader benefits initiatives across International
Design and implement benefits strategies and programs, ensuring end-to-end benefits solutions are delivered with high quality and efficiency.
Research and analyze benefits plans, programs and policies through a data-driven approach.
Make recommendations based on market insights, benchmarking research and cost analysis. Ensures that benefits programs are competitive and cost-effective whilst supporting diversity & inclusion, as well as addressing the needs of an evolving workforce.
Continuously drive improvements in vendor management, benefit delivery model and operational efficiencies across International
Keep abreast of government regulations, legislation and benefits trends to support International C&B to assess benefits plans are in compliance with local laws, review changes as needed.
Prepare and maintain benefits communication materials and the development of a robust communications strategy (working with local C&B, HR and vendors) that demonstrates the value of our benefits programs to our employees
Supports any merger and acquisition projects by being involved in due diligence activities to assess risk, ensure regulatory compliance, as well as developing a benefits integration plan that minimizes identified risks and is compliant in all aspects

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree, GRP/CBP certification is a plus
7 to 10 years relevant International C&B experience in a multinational environment, with minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-country benefits design/administration/consulting. Experience in a high tech company would be an asset.

Service orientation, strong partnering and vendor management skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Proven attention to detail and perseverance to manage longer projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Administers and communicates Oracle*s benefit programs in regards to plan options, enrollment, and policy features. Assists with employee eligibility and claim issues. Conducts benefits employee orientation. Assists in implementation of annual open enrollment. May be assigned a wide variety of departmental projects; ie: analysis of new offerings, coordination of vendors and providers. May answer general 401(k) and redirect calls as appropriate.

As a member of Corporate Benefits you will be responsible for the daily administration of Oracle*s flexible benefit programs to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, LTD and legal services. Will interface with Oracle*s web tools to support benefit programs.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in partnering with employees, HR, and vendors/providers. Strong customer service/computer skills. Familiarity with HRIS systems. Ability to learn quickly (including technical skills) and adjust to rapidly changing work environment. 5 years benefits experience and BA/BS degree.
