Job Description : Who We AreOur mission is to bring you a flavorful exciting tea drink experience to brighten up your day, a SUNRIGHT experience! Sourcing premium ingredients from local farms and vendors in Taiwan, we aim to provide quality drinks at an affordable price. We have a strong team working to fulfill our mission and we are looking for new members to add to our Little Tokyo location in LA.

Looking For

Friendly, passion, positive personality with excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated and proactive team player
People who can work in a fast paced and team oriented environment
Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers, team members and supervisors
Open availability, flexible hours, willingness to work weekends and some holidays
Previous barista experience is not required, but a plus. Hands-on training will be provided.
Food Handler’s Certification

Responsibilities

Crafting all beverages on the menu and to the needs of customers
Working register and greeting customers
Following verbal & written instructions in order to maintain drink quality and consistency
Complying consistently with standard portion sizes
Maintaining a clean and organized work station
Restocking teas, toppings, utensils and other needed items
Prepping ingredients as needed
Assisting other team members as needed
Opening and closing duties including: cooking boba, prepping, restocking, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash
Adhere to food and safety guidelines

Compensation

Hourly + Tips + Unlimited Boba

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
