Review and verify invoices
Sort code and match invoices
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Forward invoices for approval and backup
Filing, sorting, mailing and general office duties
Daily weekly and monthly reporting
Weekly inventory closings
Journal entry keying
Weekly response books
Invoice reconciliations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
