Responsibilities:
Title: Business Analyst (Roles & Responsibilities)
Location: Int’l Finance Center of Excellence (CoE), Pune
Reporting: Matrix between Finance & IT
As a Business Analyst, you will work with
business stakeholders to gather, analyze, communicate, and validate Roles & Responsibilities changes and implementation, for new ERP Unit4 at Expleo.
IT teams for implementation of menus and user roles and for reconciliation of functional role – technical role.
Responsibilities:
Lead structured meetings and use collaborative workshops to capture Roles and Responsibilities related requirements and uncovered expectations.
Assess processes; identify the current and future Role’s matrix.
Create, follow, retest Jira tickets according to the business needs
Coordinate with System Admin team for the implementation of menus and user roles
Help system Admin team for the reconciliation of functional role – technical role
Elicit what is behind and underneath stated requirements rather than just collecting and organizing requirements
Design functionally the solution based on business inputs
Ensure the proposed solutions fit into the global strategy and core model
Define and execute tests scenarios related to the function built
Perform validations and testing of system changes and implementation
Deliver recommendations and reports to stakeholders
Report progress / risk / issues / alert on the project to the project manager
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Engineering with around 5 years of work experience
Skills:
Degree in Computer Engineering with around 5 years of work experience
Knowledge of Excel and VBA is a must
IT aware, understands usage of ERP solutions
Attention to accuracy & details is required
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work in fast paced & dynamic working environment
Collaborate with cross functional teams & work in matrix reporting structure
Required to work in European shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST)
Experience:
5 years of work experience
