Job Description : ob Title: Technical Sales Executive (Strictly Target based job)Good communication skill (Fluent in English) with quick to response over phone.Good typing speed (25 WPM)Troubleshooting software and hardware issues.Troubleshooting Networking and connection issues.Advising on software upgrades.Good Knowledge of computer OS required along with knowledge of Excel and MS-Office.Experience:Min 1 year in technical sales process in US/ Canada Process. Other Process experience will not be counted and will be considered as fresher.Should have good knowledge of Remote tools like team viewer, ultra viewer and supremo control.ScheduleShould be comfortable working in Night shift 6 days in week (Mon-Sat). Depending on performance the alternate Saturdays may be week off.No work from home.
