Responsible for resolving Client/Suppliers/Customers emails/tickets within agreed service levels.Responsible for handling inbound/inbound calls within agreed service levelsAny other duties required or directed to deliver the business objective of the company.
B.Com background.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have experience in email management and managing the inbound/outbound calls for international clients/suppliers/customers.Preference would be given to candidates who have experience in working in finance/accounting process in international work environment.
