Job Description : Dispensary Staff
Wellness Advocate, Budtender/Reception – West Hollywood, California
LAPCG has been a staple in the Weho community since early 2004.
Calling all plant-loving people!
We are for looking for individuals to add to our team who are passionate and knowledgeable about helping others live the best life possible through plant medicine, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices. The role will be responsible for continuing our mission with the individuals that visit our store and assist them in choosing the right cannabis to suit their needs.
Major Areas of Responsibility:

Greet and assists patients/ customers
Educate guests about how to use cannabis therapeutically
Suggest other healing paths one should take to use cannabis optimally
POS system and cash management
Ensure all products are always displayed and visible
Help maintain a clean attractive environment
Keep up and follow compliance protocols
Help manage menus, digital, online, and in-store
Light reception duties such as answering phones and checking customers into the building

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Organized and flexible
Team-player mindset with high level of dedication to raising the bar for the whole team
Patient-centric, the compassion-based medical approach
Deep listening

Education and Experience:
(Not required but recommended)

Background in healing arts
Familiar with Projectcbd.org
1-2 years experience of customer service

Physical Demands:
The art of helping another requires listening compassionately to hundreds of patients, some, with heart-string tugging stories.
Work Environment:
Dispensary under new management, we are growing!
Our location is small, working quarters at times get loud must be willing to work around and together with one another. The role routinely uses standard retail point of sales.
