Job Description : Job Description : The ideal candidate should work on sales & marketing of Energy and Electric Vehicle products.We are looking for a dynamic, organised self-starter to join our team.Research and develop marketing strategy for Energy and EV applicationsIdentify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of marketing campaignIdentify , reach out and educate prospective customers via phone call, email, whats app, social media or in person meeting. Speak to customers regularly, either face to face, whats app or over the phonePrepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of product to customers market and promote a portfolio of productsEnhance, optimise, and document our marketing processes to effectively scale execution, reporting, and testing practicesWork with management to improve sales plans and strategiesGain an understanding of customers’ diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet themTaking additional responsibilities around new initiatives such as new proof of concepts, innovative marketing strategies.Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy callsMeet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targetsContribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleaguesPrepare marketing material for products and promotionsDesired Candidate Profile: Freshers or experienced (0-3 years).Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Operations or Marketing and SalesShould have strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skillsStrong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approachGood understanding of IT systems, knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)Experience working with email marketing tools a huge plusA team player who also works well independently, thinks creatively, solves problems, and takes initiativeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, , Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
