Job Description : Business Development ExecutiveRole DefinitionBDE is one who is responsible for generating and converting sales and revenue.Responsibility DeliverableData Sourcing and managementSales MeetingsQuotations – Sales proposalsMeeting Customers and Attending / Converting customers at the outlet and on field.B2B and B2C and B2CHTestimony / Product Videos.Area – Nasik District and Around.Tasks & ActivitiesData Sourcing and ManagementFinding data of Door Openers or Decision Makers using online channels such as what’s app groups, Facebook groups, Nursery/Farmers online data base, Diaries, referrals.Sales MeetingsSetting sales meetings with door openers or decision makers to understand their requirements, budgets, urgency of need of product or service. Finding new Cross-Sell products which can be introduced.Sales Proposals – QuotationsEffective follow-ups and meetings to close deals. Using effective communication and negotiation skills to close the client and generate revenue. Making proper quotations for the customer’s approval.Client co-ordinationMaintaining healthy relationship with clients by meeting them face to face, on field as well in the outlet for repeat orders. Coordinate their needs and requirements to the concerned teams for resolutions and delivery of products and services.VideoRegular making videos and updated photos for company’s you tube channel and as marketing support material – Testimony’s, Knowledge videos.Data CollectionClient’s data has to be recorded (KYC of our client)Name / Address / Tele / what’s app no. / Birthday / Anniversary etc.Measurement MetricsTestimony / Informative videos per monthNew Product findings.New Clients converted per month.Revenue generated per month.Skills1.
