Job Description : Business Development – InternAbout AppsForBharat: We are on a mission to assist a billion Indians in their spiritual and devotional journeys – and guide them on the path towards feeling happy, peaceful, and content. We are developing a suite of mobile and web apps that will address the spiritual and devotional needs of our users.We are developing a range of mobile and web apps that will holistically address the needs of our users. Our first app (Sri Mandir) was launched in November 2020 — this app is at the intersection of spiritual offerings and gaming, and with that, we are moving a large offline behaviour online. It is already at 1+ million installs with 4.8 ⭐ rating on Google Play Store.The user-love that we have been getting is overwhelming & inspiring; and with our growth rate, we will be serving tens of millions of users in a few months from now.AppsForBharat was founded in November 2020 by Prashant Sachan, a second-time entrepreneur who previously founded & scaled Trell. We are a multi-disciplinary team that comes with a proven track record of building & scaling products. We are alumni of IITs and have previously worked at Microsoft, Samsung, and high-growth startups.We are alumni of IITs & IIMs, and have previously worked at high-growth startups. We are a Series-A funded startup, backed by Sequoia Capital, Elevation Capital, BEENEXT, and Matrix Partners. We are now adding more hands to our team in Bengaluru, India.Your Responsibilities: Person is expected to visit temples and explain to temple authorities about the Sri Mandir app.Setup meetings with the temple management and convince them to signup with Sri Mandir app.Gather information and build database regarding the temple – pandit profile, vendors around the temple etcTake ownership in implementing the Sri Mandir app at the temple. This would mean:** Reach out to temple visitors and engage them to download the app.** Post on the community page of temple on app after approvals from the temple managementSkillset Required: Person should be extrovert – open to reach out to people and can strike a conversationHe should be patient and persevere while reaching out to temples.He should be open to travel.It will be a huge plus, if you have worked on ground organising a festival/event in your collegeExcellent communication skills – preferably HindiJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, FresherContract length: 6 monthsPart-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceSchedule:Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Must wear Mask and have a Sanitizer handy, always.
