Job Description : We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our international sales team. You will be responsible for generating revenue from new and existing customers across the globe. This role requires someone who is excited by challenges, wants to learn new things, has excellent communication skills, and loves collaborating with a team.About Cloudester: Cloudester Software founded in 2011 having its head office at Vadodara, India and New York, USA. We work closely with Software Developers, UI Designers, Testers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Project Managers, and Customer Support to ensure that our projects are delivered with the highest quality in a timely and cost-effective manner.Role and Responsibilities: · Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics· Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company· Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals· Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities· Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships· Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets· Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration.· Developing quotes and proposals for clients· Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate· Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met· Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals· Motivate the team, track performance, and report metricsJob Requirement: · Proven working experience of 5-8 years in business development· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.· Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Working experience with sales techniques· Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting· Proven ability to plan and manage resourcesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentPaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):Do you have working experience at Information &Technology Industry?Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Business development: 5 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
