UA Brands is seeking a BPS-Accounting for our Pune Operations Centre:
You’ll be part of the business process support team reporting directly to our BPS Lead work closely with various business teams and the Chief Financial officer. Your deliverables will be around keeping track of all payments, for purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathering and sorting of invoice documents and related information and cascading the information to other team members as needed.
Comparing invoices received from the vendors against Purchase Orders
Follow-up with retail stores and other internal business functions to ensure the shipment is checked in to the system and receipt vouchers are created accurately
Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation, coordinating with internal business functions and external vendors.
Obtaining credit notes or revised invoices from vendors where company was charged more than the initial agreements
Posting transaction invoices into the ERP application
Processing invoices within SLAs to avoid delays in releasing payments to vendors
Communicate with senior team members concerning process workflow and due dates.
Adopt recommended best work practices quickly.
Required Skills
Detail oriented person who can perform repetitive tasks with minimal errors.
Exceptional listening, verbal and written skills.
Should be proficient with MS-Excel
Organized with good time management skills, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Be able to work with different computer applications.
Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
Ability to work in a high pace, group environment.
Proven work ethic and team player mentality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in flexible shifts including night shifts (6pm to 3am) and overtime if needed.
Required Qualification and Experience:
2 – 3 years of experience working in a business operation support role.
Candidates with previous experience in filing and processing digital documents will be preferred.
Experience using various Internet browser.
Sound Microsoft Office experience.
Sound knowledge and experience managing emails using MS Outlook
Good working knowledge and exposure using Ms Excel for data comparison and analysis.
