HATCH Yakitori + Bar is a modern robata-izakaya style restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Celebrating yakitori with a modern twist, we have fun with creative plates, a full-bar with Japanese inspired craft cocktails, draft beer and sake. Japanese Whisky is a big part of our program and culture. We take pride in our family-like values with our team and we encourage growth from within the company.

Job Role
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, can multitask efficiently, is warm and hospitable, and above all a team player. The candidate should be able to relate to people of all backgrounds and abilities and have a passion for hospitality.
Polish and store water glasses and silverware
Remove dirty/used items from service tables
Clean, disinfect and sanitize tables immediately following service
Assist servers as needed
Additional Responsibilities
Follows and executes all side-work lists provided by the company
Run food to tables as needed
Polish and store water glasses and silverware
Assist other team members as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
