CA Spectrum OpsView migration and or improvement projects Perform day to day management of global network monitoring tools
CA Spectrum Opsview and ensuring 100 availability of Monitoring applications Carrying out daily Health Checks maintenance tasks resolving any monitoring related queries
Incident request ticket handling as well as follow ups on all monitoring handle change implementations whenever required
Application upgradations patching on regular basis
Technical Experience Skilled in products such as CA Spectrum CA PM Splunk Opsview SolarWinds etc
Knowledge on implementing supporting any monitoring tools is desired
Good knowledge on Wintel Unix Linux Network Technologyy
Good Communication Skills Ability to work with other technical teams vendors field technicians etc
