Position : Cannabis Brand Ambassador
Job Description : OVERVIEW
Brand Ambassadors, working with the Marketing Manager; are part-time employees that are the face of the brand at various field marketing events, including in-store sampling demos (~1-3 per week, mainly weekdays and weekends, 3-4 hours per demo)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Hosting of in-store retail demos
Build relationships with store managers, budtenders
Generate follows to our social account during demos from consumers
Use demo to gain secondary recommendations about the accounts product placement, target market demographics by capturing demo results and completion of reports
Hand out samples and educate new & existing consumers on products, benefits, and usage
Communicate success stories, key learnings and other activities to Marketing Manger
Create a unique consumer experience to increase brand awareness and build consumer loyalty
Qualifications
0-2 years field marketing experience as a brand ambassador
Access to a computer or smartphone for reporting sampling results and uploading photos
Ability to engage a crowd and have a naturally outgoing personality
Understanding of both marketing and sales fundamentals
Strong time management skills, able to work independently, and results-oriented
Open Availability to work various schedules
Work Environment
Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time
Lift 30+lbs
