Job Description : SUMMARY:In this role of a fulfillment technician, you will help facilitate the process of sending out inventory in storage to storefronts.The goal is to quickly and efficiently get items from their place on the shelves and into shipping boxes. Fulfillmenttechnicians have an in-depth understanding of the warehouse’s layout and can easily navigate to the correct location andfind the type of inventory they need. The fulfillment technician performs basic quality assurance by inspecting goods andtheir containers for possible damage, mislabeled products, or missing quantities before packing them to be shipped.Fulfillment technicians also maintain the inventory, and warehouse supplies used for fulfilling sales orders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to be all-inclusive)

Proper setup and operation of filling, packaging, and labeling equipment to ensure efficient and safe work process.
Execute all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company, state, and local

regulations.

Must package products without damaging
Review and Accept order via C.R.M (Leaflink)
Resolve issues timely and efficiently
Accurately counts cannabis products for order picking, inventory, and verification purposes and communicates any

discrepancies to the department manager or lead.

Accurately and efficiently makes and applies QR code labels to products that require QR codes
Assess the quality of cannabis products and identify and communicate to the department manager or lead any

quality concerns that will disturb the process.

Accurately package sales orders, make METRC UID tags, attach Paperwork and tags to the appropriate order, and

place in the appropriate outgoing delivery staging area based upon geographical location

Accurately records inventory onto appropriate spreadsheets and or enters into a track and trace program to ensure

authentic information is readily available for upper management, compliance, or any regulatory agency.

Maintains and upkeeps all equipment, tools, supplies throughout the work shift to make certain departments

clean when customers, management, or regulatory agencies walk the property.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Must have a basic understanding of cannabis laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the state and local authorities.
Ability to be flexible and work in various sectors of the department as needed and/or requested by their direct

supervisor; this may include but is not limited to, helping other departments.

Ability to evaluate and adapt to new processing methods, must meet or exceed established production goals,

and/or modify technique/procedures.

Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to the Fulfillment process
Skill in analyzing potential problems with orders, inventory, case labels or the product being packaged inside the

case

Shows self-motivation/innovation and the ability to work well with all staff members, vendors, customers, as well

as to work well independently.

Must have basic computer skills (knowledge of METRC, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft word preferred)
Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately while not overstepping the chain of command.
Communicates, interacts, and works effectively with others; receptive to feedback and coaching; voices concern in

a constructive manner

Follow all safety protocols and policies. Demonstrates commitment to safety first; communicates safety concerns;

promotes a safe work environment based on established safety standards and training

Work scheduled shifts and show up on time and ready to work; record all time worked accurately, promptly, and honestly

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORKING CONDITIONS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking,

standing, some bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
Must be able to detect order and packaging issues such as data entry errors.
Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to stock or bring the product down from storage or racks to replenish low

inventory

Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and must be able

to do so with extreme care and caution when working with and around stacked cannabis products.

Work is performed inside the distribution warehouse.
May require working rotating shifts with varied hours/day, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special
