Job Description : Career Services Manager provides career development and job search services for students and alumni. Performs responsible work in assisting students identify career goals and locate job opportunities.Responsibilities include employer relations, career advising/counseling, increasing the visibility and support of the program, enhancing existing services, conducting research or benchmarking institutions to identify best practices and developing and presenting career related topics to various audiences.Evaluation and analysis of professional opportunities.Create networking opportunities to foster new professional relationships between companies and students.Maintenance and extension of agreements with entities.Contact Headhunters, talent acquisition specialists, recruitment specialist consultants and companies.Help students define their career goals and provide opportunities for them to achieve.Organization of career events and projects (annual and monthly).Training and counseling students in the field of professional career development.Arranges for Internships for all students of the UniversityArranges the job fair at the UniversityBusiness networking and finding opportunities for collaboration with companies and national institutions, through the management of their portfolio of potential candidates.Executes Graduate Placement StrategyOversees Career Services ProgramsManages and organized coaching activitiesManages and organizes Guest Speakers on a bi monthly basisRepresents the University in the most positive manner with prospective,former and current students, clients, suppliers and the community we serveUpholds the University Mission StatementHandles confidential information with tact, discretion and in compliance with lawsPerforms other functions as necessary or as assignedProvides Career Coaching and AdvisementHandles Student and Employer OutreachManages the Alumni Relations and arranges for Alumni Exit InterviewsExpected Start Date: 10/03/2022Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:Negative PCR Test requiredEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:University/Higher Education: 2 years (Required)Work Remotely:No
