Model Media Us is a multimedia company that engages a global audience of millions of viewers monthly. We are currently looking to hire a Casting coordinator to act as a liaison between our production department and talent agencies to be able to coordinate projects.
Job Description

Prepare necessary paperwork or contracts before filming
Work closely with talent agencies and/or individual talents
Support the directors in research and casting talents
Confirm filming details before the arrangement
Coordinating internal meetings, interviews, and travel logistics for talents
Manage calendar and oversee details are constantly updated
Work with production assistants to ensure details and confirm that talents are booked
Coordinates and collaborates with other recruitment coordinators on assignments/projects
Price negotiation

Desired Skills

2+ years of casting coordination experience are preferred
Motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in Mac/PC including Microsoft Word and Google Documents
Able to prioritize and work to deadlines under pressure.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
An upbeat, positive personality that can motivate and drive the team.
Able to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent eye for detail

Salary & Benefits

Salary commensurate with experience plus commission
