Job Description : We are currently looking for first time and experienced sales/business professionals. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Center Enrollments/Sales:

Consult with inquiring families regarding their needs
Responsible for enrollments, revenues, and general business performance
Perform and direct the sales/enrollment process, including outstanding customer service
Lead your team in achieving specific revenue, operational, and academic goals
Engage in local marketing activities

Manage Team:

Select, manage, and motivate center employees
Partner with the Executive Director/other Directors to assist in the center operations and the company’s overall success
Demonstrate and uphold a high level of staff morale and spirit; ensure the professional standards of all personnel and the general appearance of your center

Operational/Educational Integrity:

Motivate and develop staff through feedback and ongoing training
Create a positive learning environment by modeling motivational behavior in the center for staff, children, and parents

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Outgoing and dynamic personality
Great organizational and scheduling abilities
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
1-2 years sales or similar experience
Outstanding customer service and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
