Job Description : The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.
Responsibilities
Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
Make key decisions that will affect the company’s direction
Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
Qualifications
From premium institutes like IIT’s & IIM’s. While qualifications are important, it will go hand in hand with skills, experience, and vision.
7-10 years’ experience in business related field
Ecommerce experience of min 5-6 years preferred
Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
Experience Required
Should have strategized and executed rapid business growth in an eCommerce organization
Strategize and create a data-driven performance strategy
Comprehensive knowledge of revenue growth strategies like ad monetization, Brand tie-ups, training etc.
Strong grip on brand visibility and positioning including social media presence and consumer perception
An understanding of business growth metrics that impact startup valuation
