Preparation of Financial Statements Subsidiary Companies and assist in preparation of Financial Statement of Holding Company under Ind-AS and Schedule III2. Preparation of consolidated financial statement of various clients3. Preparation of Tax Audit Reports4. Maintaining Fixed Assets Register and Depreciation as per Companies Act5. Monthly Accounts Closing – Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Account6. Vendor ledger scrutiny7. Monthly clearing of various Vendor and GL Accounts8. Availing input tax credit under GST under regular and ISD registration and payment of GST under RCM9. Maintaining various MIS and budgets at the Organisation level10. Oversee the overhead expenditure at HO level11. Coordinating with Plant Team for various F&A and purchase related matters12. Coordinate with Internal Auditors and other auditors from time to time13.
