Job Description
Minimum BSC Chemistry
Ability to train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignmentsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingKnowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertiseKnowledge of chemical, hazardous waste, industrial hygiene, and/or environmental health standardsDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of the operational requirements and standards of a technical lab, as appropriate to the positionResearch and analytical skillsAbility to work with equipment such as HPLC, GCMS / LCMS etc…Familiar with validation and estimation of uncertainty in Chemical analysisFamiliar with International methodsExperience in Food/Water/Oil testing etc..
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
2+ years of related experience
