Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining accounts, Ledger scrutiny, Maintaining
accounts as per AS.
Responsible for Finalization of accounts and verification of all
books and records and other information as required for the Audit
Responsible for setting up costing systems and costing reports.
Responsible for IT functions of the organisation.
Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and business plans preparations and monitoring.
Supervision of Accounting and Commercial activities of the division
Creating tax strategies to reduce obligations.
Monitoring strategic business plans.
Reviewing financial reports.
Reporting results to the board.
Make sure the company is in compliance with all regulations.
Control and evaluate the organization fundraising plans and capital
structure.
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization operations.
Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
Manage vendor relationships.
Responsible for monthly variance analysis reports, quick estimates
and preparation and finalization of balance sheet, P&L statement and cash
flow statements.
Responsible for MIS Reporting, IT computation
Conduct analysis of financial risks and benefits on business
initiatives.
Responsible for follow FEMA rules and guidelines.
Responsible for handling foreign branch / company
Responsible for Ensuring statutory Tax compliances – Direct and
Indirect Tax
Responsible for Supervision of statutory and internal Audit
Responsible for rolling P&L Forecast of the division, Variance
Analysis, monthly MIS Reports.
