Job Description : Looking Out for Procurement Executive-Lucknow
Preferred Candidate:
3-5 years of experience in medicine procurement at hospitals or at distributors
Graduate from any field.
Good communication skills (Extrovert personality preferred)
Should have a decent knowledge of using MS office
Roles and Responsibility:
Interact with distributors and MRs wrt to the procurement of medicine from them and align them wrt to our processes
Scout for new vendors to procure medicines
Negotiate with vendors for better margins
Streamlining the processes with respect to external/outside vendors purchases, place 1st PO requests to these vendors and initiate handover to central procurement team
Register new vendors on our platform for future procurements
Ensure reconciliation of these vendors for timely payments and collate invoices vendor wise needed for records and reconciliation
Build good repo with these vendors
