Responsibilities :

Assist with calling/completing WDAS Facilities requests
Deliver supply room items as requested and maintain stock
Assist with sales of Merchandise Corner items
Ensure that the vending machine inventory is at acceptable levels
Assist with the set-up of bagels every Friday
Assist with distribution of employee giveaways
Help with other events as requested
Identify common areas in the building that require replacement of light bulbs, batteries, etc.
Keep mail station organized and tidy
Deliver paychecks as needed
Maintain food areas in the caffeine patch, including fresh fruit, cereal bar and peak time snacks

Basic Qualifications :

Motivated, creative and highly curious nature
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Google Suite, etc.
Resourceful, flexible and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Ability to prioritize multiple, at times conflicting demands and meet deadlines
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented
Ability to work early morning hours or flexible work hours, as needed

Preferred Education :

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Additional Information :
This is a OPEIU position covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
