Position : Client Care Specialist – Law Firm
Job Description : Lowe Law Group is a growing firm seeking Client Care Specialists to add to our growing team. As an Client Care Specialist you will be responsible for qualifying calls and emails from potential clients who have been injured and are seeking legal representation. This position will entail interaction with new clients via phone, email, and text. This is a perfect position for a motivated individual seeking an exciting career opportunity in the legal field of personal injury.
Duties:
Answer inbound phone calls from potential new clients
Screen calls and emails for qualifying criteria
Make outbound client service calls, emails, and texts to potential clients
Help potential clients understand how Lowe Law Group will be able to help them
Coordinate contact efforts and work to sign new clients
Accurately gather and document all communication efforts in the firm’s database
Be friendly and show empathy to all potential clients
Position Qualifications:
Salesmanship
Strong customer service and phone skills
Confident, and dependable with a positive outlook
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good computer skills
Hourly Position:
– Multiple Shifts Available –
Sat-Sun: 9am to 5pm
Sat-Sun: 10am to 6pm
Sat-Sun: 11am to 7pm
Sat-Sun: Noon to 8:00pm
Fri-Sat-Sun: Noon to 8:00pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Weekend availability
