Job Description : The Client Services Representative is a part of Americord’s high touch customer support team. This position will be responsible for processing client orders, queries, billing, shipments, cancellations, and other client needs while resolving any potential issues with the highest level of equanimity. The Client Services Rep will take initiative to reduce customer attrition and encourage returning and referral clients acquisition through 5 Star customer service. This position will work alongside the Marketing and Sales departments to drive customer acquisition and retention ensuring that Americord’s customers’ needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone and email outreach to current customers and follow up through resolution of issue tickets
Contact clients with delinquent payments, expired and declined credit cards
Respond to credit card disputes and third party customer service complaint sites
Notate and update Salesforce and other databases with client interaction accurately
Follow up with vendors as needed to best serve clients
Assist sales representatives with troubleshooting and client follow up
Attend monthly meetings with management to review standard operating procedures and and status of collections as it pertains to the client services department
General administrative tasks – including FedEx and electronic filing

REQUIREMENTS:

Associate’s degree or significant relevant experience in client/customer services
Must be able to work some weekends and flexible hours
Demonstrated the ability to be detail oriented and results focused
Demonstrated the ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast paced, changing environment
Demonstrated excellent communication skills – with professional telephone and email etiquette
Demonstrated the ability to stay positive and work effectively in a high volume environment while maintaining accuracy
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
Prior working experience with MS Office and Salesforce strongly preferred
Prior working experience dealing with payments and collections strongly preferred
