The Client Solutions Coordinator team is part of our mission to kickstart your journey in a meaningful career within the tech industry. In this role, you will support various teams within Global Business Solutions by developing practical skills (ie. concept of digital media, exposure to campaign management workflow/processes, usage of tools that drive efficiencies, etc.) and forming engaging partnerships. A successful Client Solutions Coordinator may naturally transition to a role as a Client Solutions Planner, or may leverage transferable skills to explore other career opportunities within TikTok.
Responsibilities:
Ownership: Responsible for managing and completing specific inbound requests in a timely manner within established deadlines.
Adapt: Work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change as an opportunity to step outside your comfort zone by gaining new experiences and developing abilities to be resourceful and independent
Raise the bar: Be results oriented and always look to improve your performance by delivering high quality output that drives efficiency.

Qualifications
Strong academic performance
Team player, self-starter, multi-tasker and a fast learner
Good attention to detail with organizational and interpersonal skills
Interest in entertainment and digital content
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Have a passion for TikTok
High School Diploma preferred
