Job Description : The KnowNOW Health Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of outpatient or medical facilities. They provide administrative support and oversee the hiring and training of staff members, liaise with patients and healthcare professionals and coordinate patient care plans. Because this role features many administrative responsibilities, Clinic Managers must have excellent organizational and communication skills in order to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.

Responsibilities for Clinic Manager
· Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members
· Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
· Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
· Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
· Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff
· Plan and manage the clinic’s budget and approve payroll
· Perform quarterly and and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
· Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws
Qualifications for Clinic Manager
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
· Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers
· Extremely organized and detail oriented
· Ability to delegate tasks as needed
· Knowledge of a second language is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

Management Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
