Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – Duties and Responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior Unit Manager/ Unit Manager who can manage the projects function for PL PMG. The role involves identification of new opportunities in process/product innovation and delivery of same for Personal Loans vertical. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment; identify design & drive projects under PMG framework. He/She needs to establish and maintain professional networks with subject matter experts managing multiple domain at a time. Strong empowerment and self drive is a must. Responsibilities: • Drive key initiatives on Experia 3-in-1 & MBK app platforms • Daily sanity check of display and data on digital properties • Test journeys & APIs for all existing and new partners • Raising requirement for all new development with COE digital team • Perform UAT of all new developments along with COE digital team • Design and execute campaigns on all App platforms • Partner with other app platforms for PL for ETB PTB & NTB • Design and execute promotion campaigns • Calibrate monthly feed/conversion with App team • Monitor daily performance metrics on feed and call center conversion • Co-ordinate with functions viz. COE 3in1 IT for new developments and BAU activities • Deliver COA of all App channels Qualifications: • Masters degree from Premier Institute • At least 2-4 years’ experience in BFSI domain preferably from Fintech • Understands financial products marketing & mobility technologies and has been in similar role earlier • A passion for how to use agile and lean practices to improve the speed and quality of delivery • Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self -starter • Strong Problem-solving ability • Ability to influence peers and other individuals who are not direct reports • Strong communication and presentation skills
